Job Description
Our client in Connecticut is seeking a skilled Vascular/Interventional Radiologist Physician for a 60-day assignment. This role involves working Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm with interventional radiology call, performing core interventional radiology procedures including TIPS, embolizations, bone biopsies, paras, and thoras at a Trauma center.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform a variety of interventional procedures including TIPS, embolizations, bone biopsies, paras, and thoras
- Focus on core interventional radiology cases, distinguishing from community hospital IR
- Work within a Trauma setting
- Achieve a productivity volume of 55 RVUs per shift
- Collaborate with an onsite IR radiologist who will read IR vascular and CTA runoff between procedures
