Our client in New Hampshire is seeking a skilled Pediatrician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment, beginning Nov 16, 2026. This role involves delivering comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits, diagnosing acute illnesses, and monitoring developmental milestones, with a consistent Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM schedule.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits, newborn care, immunizations, and routine health maintenance
Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic pediatric conditions
Monitor growth and developmental milestones while identifying concerns early and coordinating appropriate interventions
Provide preventive care, health screenings, and age-appropriate anticipatory guidance
Educate parents and caregivers on nutrition, safety, development, behavioral health, and disease prevention
Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing and develop individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications and treatments following evidence-based pediatric guidelines
Coordinate care with specialists, therapists, schools, and community resources to ensure seamless, family-centered care
Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to provide exceptional patient experiences and continuity of care
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with Medical Staff Bylaws and organizational policies
