Job Description
We are seeking a Mammography Physician for a 90-day assignment in Arizona, beginning Jan 1, 2027. This role offers a consistent 8am - 4pm shift schedule, primarily involving critical image-guided procedures such as US-guided and stereotactic breast biopsies, along with comprehensive interpretations of screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI studies.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform image-guided procedures, including US-guided breast biopsies, US-guided needle localizations, stereotactic breast biopsies, US-guided aspirations/needle placements, and stereotactic clip & marker placements.
- Interpret a high volume of imaging studies, including screening mammography (with 3-D tomosynthesis), diagnostic mammography (with 3-D tomosynthesis), breast ultrasound, and breast MRI.
- Maintain productivity expectations of a minimum 79 RVUs per shift.
