Job Description
Our client in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Mammography Physician for a 220-day assignment beginning Jan 4, 2027. This role involves an 8a-5p schedule, focusing on daily diagnostic cases, including 10–12 cases and over 60 screeners, as well as approximately 6 breast biopsies daily. Duties will alternate weekly between sites.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform 10–12 diagnostic cases per day.
- Interpret over 60 screening mammograms daily.
- Conduct approximately 6 breast biopsies per day.
- Manage daily case volumes, with duties alternating weekly between designated sites (MWF or Tues/Thu).
Additional Information
- Required Board Certifications: Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology.
- Work Schedule: 8a-5p shifts.
- Daily Patient Volume: Expected to see 10–12 diagnostic cases and perform 6 breast biopsies, in addition to interpreting over 60 screeners.
