Job Description
We are seeking an Interventional Cardiologist Physician for a 27-day assignment in Pennsylvania. This role primarily involves call coverage, with shifts ranging from 5 PM to 7 AM for night call and 24-hour call from 7 AM to 7 AM, handling an average of 0-2 calls per 24-hour shift. Responsibilities include performing cardiac catheterization cases, focusing on diagnostic and PCI procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform cardiac catheterization cases, including diagnostic and PCI procedures, noting the absence of cardiac surgery back-up at the site.
- Handle diagnostic and coronary caths.
- Conduct TEE procedures.
- Perform cardioversion.
- Manage temporary pacemaker procedures.
Additional Information
- Board certification in Cardiology is required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are required.
