Job Description
We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 30-day assignment with our client in Florida, starting Oct 26, 2026. This role involves managing emergency medical cases during 7p-7a shifts, with patients requiring admission transported to the main campus for seamless care handoff to the inpatient team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage emergency medical cases.
- Ensure seamless care handoff for patients needing admission to an inpatient bed, who will be transported to the main campus to our excellent intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists.
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Emergency Medicine is required.
- EMR system: Meditech EHR.
- A separate pediatric waiting area, triage, and dedicated bay are available.
- State-of-the-art imaging includes CT, Ultrasound, and Radiology.
- Typical shift hours are 7p-7a.
