Job Description

We are seeking a Physician - Vascular/Interventional Radiologist to join our client in Georgia for a 40-day assignment starting Sep 21, 2026. This physician will manage a schedule including weekday in-house shifts from 8a-5p with evening/overnight call, and weekend in-house shifts from 8a-12p with afternoon/overnight call. Duties involve light IR procedures such as biopsies, paracentesis, drain insertions, and embolization procedures.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform light interventional radiology procedures.
  • Conduct CT and USG biopsies.
  • Perform paracentesis and thoracentesis.
  • Execute lumbar punctures.
  • Perform milligrams procedures.
  • Insert drains and chest tubes.
  • Perform nephrostomy procedures in IR suites.
  • Handle embolization procedures for trauma patients.
  • Utilize fluoroscopy.
  • Work in-house M-F from 8a-5p.
  • Be on call M-F from 5p-8a.
  • Work in-house Sat/Sun from 8a-12p.
  • Be on call Sat/Sun from 12p-8a.
