Job Description
Our client in PA is seeking a Urologist Physician for a 23-day locum tenens assignment starting Aug 31, 2026. This role involves a Monday-Friday 8a-5p schedule, focusing on surgical procedures such as vasectomies, cystoscopies, prostate procedures, ureteroscopies, and lithotripsy, offering a comprehensive surgical experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform vasectomies
- Conduct vasectomy reversals (not a mandatory procedure)
- Execute cystoscopies in the OR
- Perform prostate procedures
- Conduct ureteroscopies in the OR
- Perform penile plication
- Conduct penile implants (rarely)
- Perform lithotripsy
- Manage circumcisions (OB handles cases for children; support may be needed on rare occasions)
- Perform orchiopexy
