Job Description

 We are seeking a board-certified Urologist for a locum tenens position in Pennsylvania. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide both outpatient and inpatient care, including surgical services. The assignment begins on 12/01/2025, with a schedule of one week per month, featuring clinic hours Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and 24-hour on-call shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in both outpatient and hospital settings, managing a diverse caseload, and providing overnight call coverage. Proficiency in Cerner and Epic electronic health record systems is required.

LOA: 15 days per month (ongoing)

Provider Type Needed: Urologist (MD/DO)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive urological care in both outpatient and inpatient settings

• Perform urological surgeries and procedures as needed

• Manage and treat a diverse range of urological conditions

• Provide on-call coverage, including overnight shifts

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Cerner and Epic systems

• Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction

Additional Information:

• Active Pennsylvania medical license required

• Board certification in Urology

• Experience with both outpatient and inpatient care preferred

• Flexibility to work one full week per month • Possibility of assignment extension
