Physician - Radiologist

Job Description

Our client in Pennsylvania is seeking a Radiologist Physician for a 15-day assignment starting Apr 1, 2026. This role involves providing remote Nuclear Medicine coverage, focusing on reading PET scans from the outpatient backlog for five different sites, with shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and a minimum commitment of five shifts per month.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Request remote coverage support in Nuclear Medicine, with a minimum commitment of five (5) shifts per month
• Perform remote reading coverage across a variety of UPMC sites, supporting clinical operations and ensuring continuity of nuclear medicine and PET service
• Coordinate specific schedules in advance based on site needs and locums availability
• Manage approximately 30 outpatient cases per day
• Primary focus is reading PET scans from the outpatient backlog for five different sites
