Job Description

We are seeking an Interventional Radiologist for a 60-day assignment in Illinois, commencing Jul 1, 2026. The Physician will perform a comprehensive range of image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, supporting both inpatient and outpatient services, with duties encompassing biopsies, drainage procedures, vascular access, and oncology-related interventions.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform a wide range of image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Support both inpatient and outpatient services.
  • Manage a diverse procedural mix including biopsies, drainage procedures, vascular access, GI, GU, and oncology-related interventions.
  • Conduct common procedures such as:
  • CT and ultrasound-guided biopsies (lung, thyroid, renal, liver, bone, lymph node, bone marrow)
  • Drain placements and management (abscess drains, chest tubes, drain exchanges)
  • Biliary, GI, and GU procedures
  • Vascular procedures and access
  • Hemodialysis access procedures
  • Oncology-related interventional procedures
