Job Description

We are seeking a Pulmonologist in North Carolina for a 96-day assignment starting Jun 29, 2026. The Physician will provide comprehensive pulmonary care, managing conditions such as asthma, COPD, and lung nodules. The schedule includes Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with an expectation to see approximately 16–18 patients daily for new and follow-up appointments.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage a diverse patient panel seeing approximately 16–18 patients per day.
  • Provide treatment for a range of pulmonary conditions including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), lung nodules, interstitial lung diseases, and pulmonary hypertension.
  • Address pulmonary infections such as pneumonia and tuberculosis.
  • Refer patients for six-minute walk tests, pulmonary function tests (PFTs), and imaging studies as clinically indicated.
  • Please note, this role does not include APP support or in-office procedures.
  • Sleep-related evaluations or treatment are not provided.
