Job Description
Our client in Michigan is actively seeking a skilled Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 29-day assignment beginning Jan 11, 2027. This role involves intermittent 24-hour call shifts throughout early 2027, focusing on comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care. Duties include performing procedures such as Suction D&C, Laparoscopy, C-Sections, circumcisions, and tubal ligations, as well as reading Non-Stress Tests (NSTs).
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform Suction D&C procedures.
- Conduct Laparoscopy.
- Read Non-Stress Tests (NSTs).
- Perform C-Sections.
- Conduct Circumcisions.
- Perform Tubal Ligations.
Additional Information
- Board Certifications: Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Other Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- EMR: Epic, Dragon
- Inpatient/Outpatient Setting: Call Only
- Call Schedule: Out of House Call, 24-hour call shifts
- LOA: 29 Days
- Staffing Mix: 3 Nurses scheduled per shift, with a midwife assisting with call starting in September.
