Physician - Maternal Fetal Medicine

Job Description

Our client in PA is actively seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician for a 60-day assignment starting Aug 4, 2026. This role involves managing complex high-risk obstetric cases and performing advanced diagnostic ultrasounds, with shifts typically from 8a-4:30pm. You will contribute to comprehensive patient care for conditions ranging from pregnancy-induced hypertension to multiple gestations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage pregnancy induced hypertension, HELLP syndrome, and various forms of diabetes
• Address cardiac disorders (class II or higher), pulmonary, renal, and neurological disorders
• Care for patients with autoimmune, hematologic/oncologic disorders, placenta previa/abruption
• Oversee multiple gestation cases and perform vaginal deliveries
• Conduct amniocentesis for genetic purposes
• Perform and interpret level II targeted ultrasounds
• Execute fetal echocardiography
• Utilize strong ultrasound diagnostic skills in clinical practice
