Physician - Hematologist/Oncologist

Job Description

We are seeking a Physician specializing in Hematology/Oncology for a 90-day assignment in Pennsylvania, starting Nov 2, 2026. This role involves clinical management of various cancer types, including lung, breast, prostate, and colorectal, alongside some blood cancers. The schedule consists of 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 7:00, with responsibilities for administering a range of infusion therapies in a clinic setting and coordinating with radiation oncology.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage a diverse patient panel with typical lung, breast, prostate, and colorectal cancer cases.
• Provide care for some blood cancer cases, with complex cases potentially referred.
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, IVIG, IV iron, and non-chemotherapy injections within the clinic.
• Coordinate effectively with radiation oncology teams; a navigator will assist this process.
• Do not provide inpatient chemotherapy services.
• Perform no bone marrow biopsies or lumbar punctures.
• No bone marrow transplant consults or care are required for this role.
