Physician - Gastroenterologist

Job Description

Our client in Michigan is seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment beginning Mar 23, 2026. This role involves a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including 24-hour weekend call with no weekday night call. The Physician will perform critical procedures such as ERCP, upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, polypectomy, biopsies, and control of GI bleeding.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform ERCP
• Conduct upper endoscopy (EGD)
• Perform colonoscopy
• Execute polypectomy
• Obtain biopsies
• Manage and control GI bleeding
