Job Description
We are seeking a Critical Care Medicine Physician for a 45-day assignment in Kansas, starting Oct 1, 2024. The client requires coverage for both day and night shifts (0700-1900 and 1900-0700), with the potential for shifts to predominantly be nights. This role focuses on performing essential critical care procedures including airway management, central lines, arterial lines, dialysis catheter placement, and thoracentesis.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform common Critical Care procedures
- Manage airway
- Insert central lines
- Insert arterial lines
- Place dialysis catheters
- Perform paracentesis
- Perform thoracentesis
- Perform bronchoscopy
- Insert chest tubes

- Requirements: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
