Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant specializing in Surgery - Cardiothoracic for a 90-day assignment in Pennsylvania, starting Oct 23, 2026. This role involves comprehensive patient care during overnight shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM), focusing on special procedures like vein harvesting, managing urgent surgical cases from the cath lab, and overseeing patient transitions from ICU to home, with surgeon backup available after consult.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform special procedures, including vein harvesting.
• Manage urgent surgical cases, transitioning patients from the cath lab to surgery.
• Oversee patient care and progression from ICU to home.
• Collaborate closely with the surgeon, who provides backup after consult.
