Physician - Cardiothoracic Surgeon

Job Description

Our client in Michigan is seeking a skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon for an assignment beginning Dec 14, 2026. This role involves 24-hour shifts, focusing on a broad spectrum of complex cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including adult cardiac and general thoracic surgeries, CABG, heart valve repair/replacement, and various thoracic interventions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform Adult Cardiac Surgery
• Perform General Thoracic Surgery
• Execute Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) procedures
• Perform Heart Valve Repair/Replacement
• Conduct Tube Thoracostomy
• Perform Pericardial Window procedures
• Execute Thoracotomy (Lung Biopsy, Lung Resection, Pneumonectomy)
• Perform Thoracotomy Decortication
• Conduct Mediastinal Surgery
