Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Anesthesiologist Physician for a 120-day assignment in Florida, commencing on Aug 31, 2026. Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to join their team, working a cardiac schedule of two weeks on and one week off, with various weekday shifts (7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p) and weekend call rotation. In this role, you will manage a diverse range of cardiac and general surgical cases, performing 70% of your own cases and providing 30% supervision.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage cardiac anesthesia cases, performing 70% of your own cases and supervising 30%.
  • Participate in a 2-week on, 1-week off cardiac schedule.
  • Work weekdays Monday through Friday, with shifts including 7a-3p, 7a-5p, or 7a-7p.
  • Take call rotation Monday-Friday from 5p-7a, and Saturday & Sunday from 7a-7a.
  • Provide anesthesia for a variety of cases including General Surgery, OB/Gyn/GYO, Ortho, Urology, GI, Cath Lab, CVL, Endo, ENT, and spines.
  • Handle minimal thoracic volume and very little aortic surgery, with no cardiac transplant cases.
  • Focus on majority case types such as Ortho, General, and GYN/GYO/OB.


Additional Information
