Job Description

Our client in Florida is actively seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist for a 100-day assignment starting May 7, 2026. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive anesthesia care, including performing regional blocks, managing a demanding caseload primarily focused on heavy orthopedic procedures from carpal tunnel to total joint replacements, as well as spine and pain management cases, all within a collaborative care team model that includes CRNAs.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide full-time anesthesia coverage.
  • Perform regional blocks for various surgical procedures.
  • Manage a diverse case mix heavily weighted towards orthopedics, including procedures from carpal tunnel to total joint replacements.
  • Address cases in spine and pain management.
  • Participate in a care team model, involving supervision of CRNAs (approximately 50% supervision) and potentially running your own room (approximately 50%).
  • Handle no obstetrical cases.
