Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist for a 135-day assignment in Colorado, commencing Oct 5, 2026. The Physician will provide anesthesia for complex cardiac procedures, including coronary bypass, heart valve surgery, and vascular operations, during 7a-3:30p shifts. This vital role focuses on supporting patients undergoing critical cardiovascular interventions.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide anesthesia for coronary bypass surgery to redirect blood around a section of blocked artery in the heart.
  • Perform anesthesia for heart valve surgery to repair or replace a damaged valve.
  • Administer anesthesia for vascular surgery to repair veins, improve blood flow, and treat other diseases and disorders affecting arteries, veins, and the lymphatic system.
  • Support coronary angioplasty and stent placement to open blocked or narrowed arteries that carry blood to the heart.
  • Oversee anesthesia for pacemaker implant or cardiac ablation to correct abnormal heart rhythm.
