Job Description
Our client in Tennessee is actively seeking an Anesthetist for an ongoing locum tenens assignment slated to begin on Jun 29, 2026. This vital role involves delivering comprehensive anesthesia services within a busy surgery center. The Anesthetist will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of cases, primarily focusing on adult patients undergoing orthopedic procedures such as shoulder, elbow, hand, wrist, hip, knee, foot, and ankle surgeries, with occasional pediatric cases. Shifts are scheduled daily from 6 AM to 1 PM, ensuring focused patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia services within a surgery center environment.
- Manage anesthesia for a wide array of orthopedic surgical procedures, including shoulder, elbow, hand, wrist, hip, knee, foot, and ankle surgeries.
- Care for both adult and pediatric patient populations, with a predominant focus on adult cases.
