Job Description
Our client in New Hampshire seeks an Anesthetist for a 30-day assignment beginning Oct 5, 2026. This role involves 24-hour in-house shifts, primarily focusing on covering epidurals. The Anesthetist will be supported by a call physician for C-sections or other comprehensive obstetric needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide 24-hour in-house anesthesia coverage for obstetric patients.
- Primary responsibility for administering labor epidurals.
- Contact the on-call physician for C-sections or any other needs beyond labor epidurals.
- Collaborate with the on-call physician, who has a 30-minute response time policy.
- Cover a variety of cases including General, Endoscopy, and Obstetrics.
- Cases exclude ENT, Pediatrics, and Neuro specialties.
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Anesthesiology required.
- In-house shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM.
- Inpatient setting with a focus on obstetric care.
