Job Description

Our client in NE is seeking a skilled CRNA for a 180-day assignment. This role involves providing comprehensive anesthesia services, meticulously monitoring patients throughout surgical procedures, and ensuring thorough post-operative care in Phase 1 or PACU. The schedule typically runs Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 3 PM, with potential for a 4x10 workweek.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide anesthesia for a diverse patient population undergoing procedures such as General Surgery, ENT, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Dental, GYN, Eyes, and Hands.
• Administer Neuromuscular Blocks and manage pediatric cases.
• Monitor patient physiological responses and vital signs rigorously during all surgical phases.
• Ensure complete post-operative care in Phase 1 or PACU until patients meet criteria for transfer or discharge.

• Board Certification: Anesthesiology
• Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• EMR: HST
• Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
• Call Schedule: No Call
• Patients per Day: 5-15 (depending on cases)
• LOA: 180 Days
• Staffing Mix: CRNAs, anesthesiologists, surgeons (CRNAs practice independently with MD support as needed)
