Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist for our client in North Carolina, joining for a 96-day assignment. This role focuses on OB-only overnight shifts from 6:30 pm to 7:00 am, including Monday, Friday, and weekends, where you will be responsible for performing epidurals, spinals, and managing approximately 625 deliveries monthly.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide anesthesia services for obstetric-only cases.
- Perform epidural and spinal procedures as required.
- Manage a high volume of obstetric deliveries, averaging 625 monthly.
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Anesthesiology is required.
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
- This is an inpatient role.
- No call responsibilities.
- Anticipate managing approximately 625 deliveries per month.
- LOA: 96 Days
- Required certifications include Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
