Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Vascular/Interventional Radiologist Physician for a 10-day assignment in Florida, providing coverage Monday through Friday during the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas. This role involves a wide array of procedures, including fluoroscopy exams, cystograms, hysterosalpingography, joint injections, lumbar punctures, myelograms, thoras/paras, chest tube insertions, thyroid and liver biopsies, various catheter and port access procedures, tube placements, abscess drain placements, and fine needle aspirations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform all fluoroscopy exams (upper GIs, modified swallows, small bowel series, etc.)
- Conduct Cystograms
- Perform Hysterosalpingography (HSG)
- Execute Joint injections/aspirations
- Perform Lumbar punctures and myelograms
- Conduct Thoras / Paras
- Insert Chest tubes for pneumothorax
- Perform Thyroid & liver biopsies
- Manage Insertion of tunneled and/or Non-tunneled central venous catheters
- Handle Port access / port injections
- Oversee Nasogastric/enteric and orogastric/enteric tube placement
- Perform Abscess drain placement
- Conduct Fine needle aspirations
