Physician - Vascular Surgeon

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Vascular Surgeon for an urgent locum tenens assignment with our client in Ohio, starting Aug 31, 2026. This 45-day assignment involves 24-hour call shifts, primarily covering urgent and emergent vascular cases. The Physician will focus on inpatient and ED consults and call coverage, without scheduling elective procedures or seeing scheduled clinic patients.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Cover urgent and emergent procedures picked up on call.
• Handle urgent/emergent vascular cases.
• Do not schedule any elective procedures.
• No expectation to see scheduled patients in clinic.
• Cover inpatient and ED consults and call coverage.
• Rounding required.
• Called in vs. phone consults occur infrequently.
• No clinic call.
