Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Obstetrician-Gynecologist for a 24-day locum tenens assignment in Minnesota, starting May 9, 2026. This role primarily involves day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, focusing on managing high-risk pregnancies, covering the Maternal-Fetal Medicine service, and assisting with urgent obstetrical needs and procedures including C-sections.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle high-risk pregnancies
- Cover the Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) service and its patients
- Be available for urgent obstetrical needs and emergencies on the unit
- Assist other OB providers with C-sections and other obstetrical procedures
Additional Information
- Required Board Certifications: Obstetrics and Gynecology
- EMR System: Epic
- Department handles approximately 11-12 deliveries per day with a nursery
