Job Description

We are seeking a Urology Surgeon for a 121-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania, beginning Jan 1, 2026. This role involves regular clinic hours from 8:00AM to 4:30PM and Operating Room hours from 7:30AM to 3:30PM, Monday through Friday. Occasionally, Saturday clinics may be required. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive Urology care, including surgical and clinical services, predominantly focusing on robotic and open abdominal surgeries.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide clinical urology services including surgeries, consultations, and cystoscopies.
  • Perform specialty exams related to urological conditions.
  • Communicate test results to providers and patients.
  • Follow all established medication policies and procedures.
  • Provide discharge education and follow-up instructions coordinated with the next care setting.
  • Ensure presence on time for scheduled clinics and surgeries.

Additional Information
  • Must be currently credentialed in laparoscopic surgery.
  • Experience with DaVinci surgical system required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Board certification in Urology required.
  • Must have privileges for both open and robotic abdominal surgery.
