Job Description

We are seeking an Urgent Care Physician to join our team in Pennsylvania for a 36-day locum tenens assignment starting Sep 1, 2025. This role involves day shifts from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm, where you will handle typical urgent care duties. The ideal candidate should be proficient with the Epic EMR system and comfortable working with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Treat conditions such as cold/flu symptoms, rashes, and minor burns
  • Perform procedures including splinting, laceration repair, and wound care
  • Refer high acuity cases to the local emergency room
  • Ensure high-quality care and patient safety


Additional Information

  • Board Certified required
  • Must have a Pennsylvania state license
  • DEA and CSR licenses required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in internal medicine, pediatrics, or family practice
  • ACLS and BLS certifications needed
  • Must be comfortable with orthopedic procedures
