We are seeking an Urgent Care Physician for a 36-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania. This opportunity commences on Sep 1, 2025, and involves daily shifts from 8 am to 8 pm. The physician will engage in a broad range of urgent care duties, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective management of various acute conditions.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide immediate care for cold/flu symptoms, rashes, abrasions, lacerations, sprains, and minor burns.
  • Perform minor medical procedures such as splinting, conducting X-rays and EKGs, drawing blood, and incision and drainage (I&D).
  • Manage patient flow to ensure timely care and referral of high-acuity cases to the local emergency room.
  • Maintain documentation and patient records through the Epic EMR system.

Additional Information
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in urgent care or 1 year in emergency medicine.
  • Required board certification in Urgent Care.
  • Must hold a valid Pennsylvania medical license.
  • Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
