This locum tenens assignment begins on Sep 15, 2025, involving 12-hour shifts from 10am to 10pm daily. The position requires a provider who is board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Occupational Medicine.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage follow-ups and refer patients to specialists when necessary


Additional Information

  • Active Ohio medical license required
  • Must be board certified or eligible in FM, IM, EM, or OM
  • DEA registration required by start date
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory
