Job Description
We are seeking an Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a 60-day assignment in Texas. The schedule operates M-F from 8 AM to 8 PM, Sat 8 AM to 7 PM, and Sun 8 AM to 5 PM. Our client requires a provider with significant workers compensation experience who can manage typical urgent care cases, including laceration closures, incision and drainage procedures, and the interpretation of X-rays and EKGs.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive urgent care in a typical setting.
- Manage a patient load with significant workers compensation experience.
- Perform laceration closures and incision and drainage (I&D) procedures.
- Interpret X-rays and EKGs.

- Inpatient setting
- No call schedule
- Patient volume: 30-60 patients per day
- LOA: 60 Days
