Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8am-8pm; full-time 12+ shifts per month or part-time 10+ shifts per month
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide urgent care services to patients of all ages
Independently assess, diagnose, and treat acute conditions, including minor injuries
Perform orthopedic procedures, including splinting
Conduct wound care, including suturing and incision and drainage
Interpret X-rays and EKGs
Administer injections, draw blood, and start IVs as needed
Document all patient encounters using Epic EMR
Rotate between designated clinical sites within a 30-mile radius
Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory requirements
Additional Information
Minimum 2 years of urgent care experience or 1 year of emergency medicine experience required
Board certification required
Current Pennsylvania state license, DEA, and CSR required
Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
Must be comfortable working independently without supervision
Drug screen and background check required within the past 12 months
NPDB self-query (no more than 30 days old) required for consideration
