Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sleep Medicine Physician for a 120-day assignment in New Hampshire, starting Aug 10, 2026. This is a 100% outpatient role with no call, offering a consistent 8a-5p schedule. The Physician will evaluate and manage patients with a broad range of sleep disorders, interpret sleep studies, and coordinate comprehensive sleep care.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Evaluate and manage new and established patients with a broad range of sleep disorders.
  • Diagnose and treat conditions including obstructive sleep apnea and other sleep-related breathing disorders, insomnia, hypersomnia, restless legs syndrome, REM sleep behavior disorder, and circadian rhythm disorders.
  • Interpret sleep studies and attended polysomnography.
  • Manage positive airway pressure (PAP/CPAP/BiPAP) therapy and monitor treatment effectiveness and compliance.
  • Prescribe and manage medications related to sleep disorders.
  • Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing and coordinate durable medical equipment (DME) when indicated.
  • Educate patients and families regarding sleep disorders, treatment options, and long-term disease management.
  • Collaborate closely with respiratory therapy, sleep technologists, primary care providers, pulmonology, cardiology, neurology, ENT, and other specialists to provide coordinated care.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in Meditech Expanse.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Sleep Medicine is required.
  • Shift hours are 8a-5p.
  • This is a 100% outpatient position with no inpatient responsibilities and no call.
