Job Description

We are seeking a Radiologist for a locum tenens assignment in South Carolina starting Dec 1, 2025. This full-time opportunity involves regular 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, and focuses on reading CT and nuclear medicine studies from overflow, backlog, and ER cases. The assignment requires a tech-savvy candidate comfortable with Epic EMR and able to complete 90-100 reads per shift. The position will begin as soon as credentialing is complete and offers a consistent daytime schedule.


Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Interpret CT and nuclear medicine studies during assigned shifts
  • Manage readings from overflow, backlog, and emergency room cases
  • Maintain availability and focus for the entire assigned 8-hour shift
  • Collaborate with IT to set up and maintain workstation
  • Complete 90-100 reads within each 8-hour shift
  • Utilize Epic EMR for all imaging and reporting tasks
