Provider Type Needed: Interventional Radiologist
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm; on-call coverage from 4:30pm to 8:00am during weekdays and 24/7 on-call on weekends and holidays
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform interventional radiology procedures including angiography, cryoablation, balloon angioplasty and stent placement
Line insertion, chemoembolization, and IVC filter placement
Conduct cholecystostomy, vertebroplasty, drain insertions, and nephrostomy placement
Manage embolization, radiologically inserted gastrostomy, thrombolysis, and dialysis access interventions
Perform biopsies, TIPS placement, radiofrequency ablation, biliary interventions, and endovenous laser ablation for varicose veins
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards
Additional Information
Board Certification in Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology required
Must be Board Certified per the American Board of Radiology
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Must hold an active license to practice in any state
