Job Description
Wellhart is seeking a Physician specializing in Radiology for a locum tenens position in Florida. This opportunity offers a 60-day assignment starting on 12/10/2025, with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST, providing both Interventional Radiology (IR) and general radiology services. The physician will be responsible for performing various procedures including Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Pleurex catheter placement, CT-guided biopsies, drain placements, lung biopsies, chest tube insertions, nephrostomies, and fluoroscopy procedures such as hysterosalpingograms. The role requires proficiency in RPCE Tech Stack and Powerscribe 4.0, with a productivity expectation of 60 RVUs per shift.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform Interventional Radiology procedures including Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, and Pleurex catheter placement
- Conduct CT-guided biopsies, drain placements, and lung biopsies
- Insert chest tubes and perform nephrostomies
- Carry out fluoroscopy procedures, including hysterosalpingograms
- Provide general radiology services as needed
- Maintain a productivity level of 60 RVUs per shift
- Utilize RPCE Tech Stack and Powerscribe 4.0 for reporting and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements
