Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Radiologist for a 4-week locum tenens assignment in Florida, beginning Nov 22, 2025, with weekday shifts that cover both 8AM-4PM and 4PM-11PM. This opportunity offers the chance to join a collaborative team environment with support from onsite interventional radiology colleagues.


Job Details

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM and 4PM-11PM (providers should be able to work both shifts)


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Interpret a daily diagnostic volume averaging 80 RVUs per shift
  • Manage a modality split of XR (35-40%), CT (35-40%), and MR, US, NM (20-30%)
  • Review and finalize 100-120 studies per day
  • Collaborate with onsite interventional radiology team for clinical support and case reads
  • Maintain required RVU expectations and high-quality diagnostic standards
  • Ensure all documentation and reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner


Additional Information

  • Must have active Florida medical license
  • General Radiology board certification required
  • Active DEA is required before credentialing can begin
  • Temporary credentialing available for candidates with a clean file (otherwise, average credentialing time is 120 days)
