Job Description

We are seeking a Radiologist for a 72-day locum tenens assignment in Arkansas, starting Jan 12, 2026. This opportunity features 12-hour day shifts, Friday through Sunday, two weekends per month, with the potential to cover full weeks as needed. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with stat reads and managing a high daily read volume.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Interpret an average of 70 studies per day, equating to approximately 53 RVUs daily
  • Perform general radiology reads, including stat reads
  • Collaborate with other radiologists to alternate weekend coverage
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of imaging interpretations
  • Communicate findings effectively with referring clinicians
  • Adhere to all applicable protocols and quality standards


Additional Information

  • Arkansas license required (FCVS expedites licensure process)
  • Board certification in General Radiology required
  • Assignment begins as soon as credentialing is complete
