Job Description

We are seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist for a locum tenens assignment in Alabama, beginning Jan 5, 2026. This 42-day opportunity offers a 7-on/7-off schedule with day shifts from 8am to 4pm, providing telediagnostic coverage for a tertiary care center. The position features a diverse study mix, including CT, ultrasound, plain film, MRI, PET, MSK, and neuro imaging. While proficiency in neuro and MSK is highly preferred, it is not required.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide telediagnostic coverage for a tertiary care center
  • Interpret a diverse mix of studies, including:
  • CT
  • Ultrasound
  • Plain film
  • MRI
  • PET
  • MSK
  • Neuro (preferred but not required)
  • Deliver accurate and timely diagnostic reports
  • Collaborate with clinical teams as needed
