Job Description

We are actively seeking a dedicated Radiation Oncologist Physician for an urgent 14-day assignment in Illinois, commencing Apr 6, 2026. This role involves providing full-spectrum oncology care, primarily Monday through Friday, with consistent 8-hour shifts from 8am to 4:30pm and no call responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a critical part in ensuring continuity of care for patients undergoing active treatment and follow-up.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide coverage for on-treatment patients and follow-up visits.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members in medical and radiation oncology.
  • Review treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
  • Ensure continuity and quality of care during provider absence.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Radiation Oncology is required.
  • The facility utilizes Epic EMR.
  • This position provides critical continuity of care for patients actively undergoing treatment and follow-up care during a provider's medical leave.
