Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct clinical evaluations for autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and learning disabilities
Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessment tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, cognitive assessments, adaptive functioning scales, and behavioral rating scales
Integrate information from interviews, observations, documents, and collateral reports to inform diagnostic conclusions
Prepare comprehensive, legally compliant evaluation reports with findings, diagnostic impressions, and actionable recommendations
Participate in ongoing feedback and process improvement initiatives
Stay current with best practices and legal mandates related to neurodevelopmental disorders and assessment
Additional Information
Masters or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology required
Active licensure and ability to conduct clinical evaluations in all PsyPact states
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred in assessing and diagnosing neurodevelopmental disorders, with significant experience in autism spectrum disorder
Proficiency in administering and interpreting gold-standard diagnostic instruments for ASD
Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, psychopathology, and neurodivergence in adolescents and adults
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
