Job Description

Our client in Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Physician specializing in Podiatry for a 16-day assignment starting Jun 1, 2026. The role involves 8:00 am – 4:30 pm shifts, focusing on routine diabetic foot exams, debridement, infection treatment, and managing peripheral neuropathy and gait abnormalities.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide routine diabetic foot exams.
  • Perform debridement of nails, calluses, ulcerations, and other skin lesions.
  • Treat infections or ulcerations of the feet and lower legs with antibiotics.
  • Diagnose and treat peripheral neuropathy and diabetic-related gait abnormalities.
  • Prescribe orthosis, including functional and accommodative options.
  • Prescribe one pair of diabetic shoes per year and two pairs of diabetic inserts per year.
