Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver specialized care in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, focusing on:
Sports and Orthopedic cases (33%)
CNS Rehabilitation (50%)
Medical Rehabilitation (17%)
Provide care in a trauma level 3 inpatient sub-acute rehab setting
Manage and treat patients requiring rehabilitation post-injury or due to other medical conditions
Ensure continuity of care through comprehensive patient management
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs and optimize rehabilitation plans
Additional Information
Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation required
Valid Colorado state medical license needed
Experience with Epic EMR systems
