We are seeking a Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Colorado, starting on Sep 8, 2025. This position involves a diverse schedule of day shifts and night calls, mainly focusing on PM&R in sports/ortho, CNS, and medical rehab within a trauma level 3 inpatient setting.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver specialized care in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, focusing on:
  • Sports and Orthopedic cases (33%)
  • CNS Rehabilitation (50%)
  • Medical Rehabilitation (17%)
  • Provide care in a trauma level 3 inpatient sub-acute rehab setting
  • Manage and treat patients requiring rehabilitation post-injury or due to other medical conditions
  • Ensure continuity of care through comprehensive patient management
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs and optimize rehabilitation plans

Additional Information
  • Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation required
  • Valid Colorado state medical license needed
  • Experience with Epic EMR systems
