Job Description

Our client is actively seeking a Physician - Anesthesiologist for a 165-day assignment in Oklahoma, commencing May 18, 2026. This dynamic role primarily involves direct patient care, coupled with teaching and supervision responsibilities for residents, fellows, and medical students. The position focuses on general anesthesiology, with the potential for involvement in subspecialties, and operates on a typical schedule from 7 am to 5 pm.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide direct patient care.
  • Teach and supervise residents, fellows, medical students, and other trainees.
  • Practice in general anesthesiology.
  • Potentially engage in subspecialties such as cardiovascular, obstetric, pediatric anesthesiology, critical care medicine, pain management, and goal-oriented research.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Anesthesiology is required.
  • Pediatric experience is required.
  • Continued employment is contingent upon successfully obtaining Board Certification within the eligibility timeframe of your specialty.
  • Candidates are eligible for faculty appointments through the OU College of Medicine; appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishment and experience.
