Job Description

We are seeking an Orthopedic Physician for a 14-day assignment in Maine, beginning Jun 15, 2026. This role involves four 10-hour shifts per week, scheduled from 8A-4:30P, with three days dedicated to clinic work and one day in the operating room. The physician will focus on adult surgical cases including hips, knees, shoulders, and injections, alongside treating pediatric patients for broken bones in the clinic setting.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform duties across two distinct locations, spending one week at each.
  • Work four 10-hour shifts per week.
  • Dedicate three days to clinic activities and one day to operating room procedures.
  • Handle adult surgical cases, specifically hips, knees, shoulders, and injections.
  • Treat pediatric patients for broken bones within the clinic environment.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Orthopaedic Surgery is required.
  • Experience with the Centricity EMR system.
