Responsibilities and Duties

Additional Information

  • Must be Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Valid Arizona state license or IMLC (LOQ in hand) required
  • Certifications needed: ACLS, BLS, DEA
  • Malpractice history should be clean
