Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Optometrist for a 21-day assignment in Tennessee, starting Oct 14, 2026. This role with our client involves 8.5-hour shifts, focusing on comprehensive medical optometry. Responsibilities include managing post-operative care, conducting standard eye examinations, and addressing various conditions such as glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and acute vision issues, with a patient volume ranging from 40 to 60 per day.

Responsibilities and Duties

• See 40-60 patients per day.
• Manage medical optometry cases.
• Provide post-operative care.
• Conduct standard eye exams.
• Manage conditions including glaucoma, diabetic eye exams, and potential vision loss.
• Address cases of pink eye.
• Note: Glasses are not prescribed or fitted in this role.
